• IF Sale Policy IF bids placed on vehicles are binding only within 2 hours on dealer consignment vehicles (2-hour window begins only once the seller is off the block, not from the time the IF bid is placed), close of business for day-sale commercial vehicles, and noon the following day for night-sale commercial vehicles.
