CarFlipIQ Support

Install CarFlipIQ Analyzer from the Chrome Web Store, then log in to your account at carflipiq.com in the same Chrome profile. Opening carflipiq.com while logged in pairs the extension with your account; there is no separate extension login. If a card says "Login Required" or "Session expired", open carflipiq.com while logged in, then reload the auction page.

Copart, IAAI and Manheim, plus AssetWorks (recoup.bid) listings. The extension adds a CarFlipIQ card to vehicles on search results and lot pages of those sites. It does not add anything to other websites.

The evidence bar for BUY depends on where you see it. On carflipiq.com, BUY needs at least 12 comparable sales behind the price (your market, or national sales when your market has too few); with fewer, a car that clears the margin shows MAYBE with a Limited evidence label. On the Chrome extension card on auction sites, BUY needs at least 20 comparable sales. On the extension, on a lot without a Buy It Now price, the card shows a max bid and a verdict. BUY: the projected margin at the max bid clears our threshold and the estimate is based on at least 20 comparable sales. MAYBE: there is a margin, but it is below the BUY threshold, or there are fewer than 20 comparable sales (the card shows the sales count). PASS: no bid leaves a meaningful margin. On a Buy It Now lot, the card shows the projected result at the Buy It Now price with BUY NOW, MAYBE or PASS, and salvage titles need a larger margin to reach BUY NOW.

OVER BID: the current bid is already above the max bid. CAUTION: the comparable sales may not match this car, for example a performance trim priced from the sales of the whole model. The numbers stay visible but are low confidence, and a CAUTION card never says BUY or OVER BID.

The max bid is the highest bid that still leaves a margin when the car is resold at a quick-sale price for comparable local sales, after estimated auction fees, transport and reconditioning. It is an estimate from market data, not a guarantee. Check condition, title and history before you bid.

The extension was updated or reloaded while the auction page was open, so that page lost its connection to it. Reload the page. If it keeps happening, open chrome://extensions and make sure only one copy of CarFlipIQ Analyzer is enabled.

Reload the auction page. On a search results page, lots are priced in batches, so the last cards can take a little longer. If a card is still stuck after a reload, email support@carflipiq.com with the auction site and lot number.

Each vehicle the extension prices uses one lookup. Free accounts get 25 lookups in total. Essentials includes 50 lookups per month, Edge includes 500 per month, and Elite is unlimited. When you reach your limit, cards show a limit message instead of a price.
